Prompt: To create a series of short explainer videos to break down terms and concepts relating to Employee Benefits. As this series was targeted towards Employees and not Employers or Brokers, we were given greater creative control in order to accomodate fast deadlines on this project.

The Challenge: This project deviated from the normal workflow of our team, where the writers work with SME's to write scripts, which provided the opportunity for the design team to provide detailed feedback on the scripts that were written by SME's not familiar with writing video scripts. Our team helped edit and condense language where possible and provided insights in what works well in videos with voiceover.
