Prompt: To create a series of short explainer videos to break down terms and concepts relating to Property and Casualty Insurance. This series was directed towards employees of Zywave as part of company Objective Key Results for the quarter and had fast turnarounds to accommodate the importance of this project. This series was deployed in Zywave University, the LMS that is used internally to train employees.

The Challenge: This project deviated from the normal workflow of our team, where the writers work with SME's to write scripts, which provided the opportunity for the design team to provide detailed feedback on the scripts that were written by SME's not familiar with writing video scripts. Our team helped edit and condense language where possible and provided insights in what works well in videos with voiceover. The tight time frame of each video required quick iteration and the implementation of new AI voiceover software to speed up the video process.
